FTsystems弗泰流體溫控成立于2009年，總部設(shè)在上海，生產(chǎn)基地位于江蘇常州。是中國較早全方位投入生物和制藥行業(yè)反應(yīng)釜溫度控制產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)。公司在不同領(lǐng)域開發(fā)滿足客戶需求的溫控產(chǎn)品，溫度范圍為-120℃~350℃，溫度穩(wěn)定性為±0.5℃~2℃。是國內(nèi)在反應(yīng)釜物料溫度控制領(lǐng)域較早完全掌握核心控制技術(shù)的專業(yè)溫控設(shè)備制造商。公司可以定制加熱功率超過600kW以及制冷功率超過300kW的工藝加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過多年的技術(shù)革新和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，基本具備替代國外同類型工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)實(shí)力。

FTsystems is established in Shanghai, April 2009. Focusing on design and manufacturing tailored made heating and cooling system for pharmaceutical industries, Ftsystems set up the manufacturing site in Changzhou Jiangsu Province. Strongly focusing on the stringent cooling and heating of the chemical reactors to achieve the utter most productivities of the APIs for pharmaceutical products, FTsystems was the first company successfully mastered core control technology of the reactor cascade control and realized them in the Temperature control units (TCUs) in the real projects in China. With high stabilities ±0.5℃~2℃, the tailor-made systems can deliver 600kW heating and 300kW cooling ranging from -120℃~350℃. With the essential know-how in heating and cooling, Ftsystems is the emerging fast grow company who is replacing the high cost imported products from Europe.

在自身10多年的行業(yè)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)上，結(jié)合國外溫控產(chǎn)品技術(shù)和應(yīng)用專家的建議和支持，公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中心投入大量資金和研發(fā)力量對已有產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行技術(shù)升級(jí)，結(jié)合用戶的實(shí)際需求，成功推出新品牌FLUTEK，創(chuàng)建了公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品部，提供工藝動(dòng)態(tài)溫控器Dynastat和Chill工藝?yán)鋮s循環(huán)器，提供從-90到320℃，制冷功率高達(dá)25kW的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備。

FT has developed unique software and algorism for their TCU and put a lot effort on the refrigeration systems to enable fast cooling and at the same time achieve very good product temperature stabilities in the product. Together with the know-how sharing from the expert overseas, company invested in the new brand FLUTEK to supply the market with standardized dynamic heating and cooling units Dynastat and the high-end chillers with smart refrigeration system which will be the best fit for high demand for fast cooling and high stabilities control over relatively wider range for example the demand for bioreactor and mixer and testing rigs in EV industries. With the standard units, FLUTEK will cover from -90 to 320℃ with a cooling capacity up to 25kW.

With the full range standard products, Ftsystems will be able to replace the imported expensive temperature control units from overseas with paramount precision and dynamic heating and cooling speed from lab to productions in all industries from bio pharma, Synbio, frontend and back-end testing and process equipment in semiconductor industries.

2.FTSYSTEMS工業(yè)級(jí)加熱和冷卻系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目部 （是以工藝系統(tǒng)控制程序的設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證、計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證與評估、CGMP設(shè)備認(rèn)證，工程咨詢的公司）

公司的設(shè)備由江蘇弗泰流體溫控設(shè)備有限公司負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)和調(diào)試，堅(jiān)持完整的FAT工藝質(zhì)量和流程控制，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品參考國外領(lǐng)先公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)和測試，確保高可靠和性能參數(shù)。同時(shí)聚焦行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢和政策要求，集中研發(fā)以新型制冷劑為代表更加環(huán)保的制冷技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，為雙碳指標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)貢獻(xiàn)企業(yè)力量。

All products of FTsystems will be built in house in Jiangsu factory where all units be tested under DIN12876 or EN378 and others to meet the higher standard at oversea customers. For larger tailor-made system, FAT (factory acceptance test) will be implemented with or without customer. Standard units will be built based on factory standard and as well the DIN12876 to guarantee the performance as in the official catalogue. FTsystems will continue to invest in R&D in research of utilizing the new nature refrigerants with less GWPs in our products and will play an active role of reducing the carbon footprint in all industries for our customers to achieve their carbon neutral targets.
